November 21st was our one year Anniversary as residents of Fountain View Village, having lived 18+years as full-time and 7 years as part-time residents of Fountain Hills. It has been a great adventure.
Each member of the The Staff "Team" seems committed to taking care of the wants and needs of the residents effectively and efficiently while maintaining their smile. As in any team staff setting, each resident will spend more time with some staff members than with others and get to know them better. In that regard I would like to acknowledge one of the many who make our lives here so pleasant.
Joe, who works in the Bistro several days a week, greets us with a smile and takes exceptional care of us as he takes our order, makes our lunch, and serves us with panache. Our day is always better after we talk with Joe and enjoy our lunch!

My husband and I have lived at Fountain View Village (FVV) for one year and we find the staff to be outstanding! They are always ready to assist and respond promptly to our requests. They are also cheerful as they chat with my husband and me about not only our needs but our experiences at FVV, away from FVV, and with our families.
I want to especially recognize the outstanding work of Erin from Housekeeping who assists us in the most personal of tasks, cleaning our apartment. She is so thorough, always giving extra attention to see that everything is very clean, carefully making up our bed linens and pillows, and making sure that all is done with with hygiene in mind. She does a great job!

I live in Fountain View Village and would like to say that Eren cleans my apartment and always does an excellent job. She is friendly, courteous and professional. I have a cat that means the world to me and she is always mindful not to let my cat out of my apartment. I couldn't be happier with the job she does for me.
